The true turning point came in 2020 during the pandemic when, facing job loss, financial instability, and the isolation of living abroad, she was separated from her daughter, whom she sent back home for safety. In this time of solitude, she confronted long-held feelings of anger, sadness, and frustration, realizing how much she had been weighed down by others’ expectations and self-doubt.

Through deep healing and therapy, Raquel transformed her perspective, releasing negative emotions and creating space for self-acceptance, love, and kindness. She has since become a Life and Human Development Coach, guiding women to free themselves from limiting beliefs and embrace a balanced, healthy relationship with their bodies. Her holistic approach shows how mind, body, and soul are interconnected, empowering women to release what holds them back, both emotionally and physically, for lasting wellness.
